Incredible People was launched in 2008 by our experienced Organisational Development &Human Resources leader and accredited leadership coach Natalie Lincolne, with a mission to build incredible leaders who can inspire and encourage their teams to unlock their full potential. After seeing her first client flourish from an improved work life balance and increased staff retention as a result of leadership coaching, Natalie’s passion to support leaders on their journey was born. As her client base grew, she saw the positive ripple effect at an organisational level from coaching leaders to develop self-awareness, build their emotional intelligence and discover effective, proven and actionable leadership techniques.
