WHAT WE BUILD We design a growing library of simulation-based learning experiences in medicine, science, and leadership. Learners work with real data, documents, and scenarios, engaging with complexity rather than simplified content. Featured experiences include: • Election Lab – U.S. presidential election strategy simulation • Handwashing Trainer – behavior-change simulation for infection prevention • End of Imperial – medical mystery integrating science, health, and careers Learners also engage in medical mysteries, science investigations, and simulations of complex systems across domains. We address this through simulation-based career development. Students explore medicine, science, and leadership by stepping into real-world roles and making decisions inside complex systems, before those choices carry real consequences.
