About Independent Petroleum Association of America - IPAA

The Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) is dedicated to ensuring a strong, viable American oil and natural gas industry, recognizing that an adequate and secure supply of American energy is essential to the U.S. economy and national security. For over 95 years, IPAA has served as the national voice of America's independent oil and natural gas producers in Washington. IPAA is the leading, national upstream trade association representing thousands of oil and natural gas producers that account for 85% of onshore crude oil and 90% of America’s onshore natural gas.
