About INDICO, the International Institute of Dialogic and Co-Creative Practice

INDICO Institute is an international training collective committed to fostering collaborative spaces where open dialogue and co-creation drive meaningful, lasting change. We offer specialised training, supervision, and consultation in dialogic and co-creative practices, including Open Dialogue. We bring together people from diverse countries and contexts to foster inclusive learning spaces rooted in collaboration, lived experience, and relational ethics. Our programmes centre human rights, trauma-sensitive care, eco-dialogical thinking, and the power of voice and community in times of complexity and change. Now open for registration: – Foundation Course in Open Dialogue (2026 intake) A one-year, CPD-accredited training (120 hours) in Open Dialogue principles and practice. Open to professionals and practitioners across mental health, social care, education, therapy, community support and peer-led services. Hybrid (with 4 days in-person in Helsinki) or fully online options available. – Higher Diploma in Dialogic & Co-Creative Practices (2026 intake) Our three-year hybrid training (50% online, 50% in person) offers specialisations in Advanced Practice, Training & Supervision, and Dialogic Leadership. This course builds on traditional Open Dialogue training and introduces new dimensions in systemic change, embodiment, and collaborative leadership. 2025 cohort is full; next intake begins November 2026.
