INEX supports the professionals who guide families though what happens after the funeral. After the service ends, families step into a very different experience. It’s part of the journey that is less structured, more fragmented and difficult to navigate without guidance. For over 25 years, INEX has focused on supporting this phase of the family experience. Our work is grounded in a simple observation: Families don’t just need support during the service; they need guidance in what comes next. Through tools like Closing Affairs, we help professionals provide families with clear, practical direction as they begin navigating estate-related responsibilities, without adding additional burden to the professionals themselves. In doing so, support continues after the service. It carries into the part of the experience where families' goodwill is cemented.
