About Infiniflux

At Infiniflux, we’re redefining data centre efficiency. Our patent-pending 2-phase Direct-to-Chip (D2C) liquid cooling system delivers industry-leading performance, keeping GPUs around 40ºC, even at 1000W per chip. The result is up to 15%% more compute capacity, much lower energy and maintenance costs, and at least 2x longer chip lifespan compared with the best 1-phase cooling systems. We look at efficiency not in narrow terms such as PUE, but in terms of Performance per Watt: how many FLOPS of computational work you get per Watt. For the economics of data centres FLOPS/$ is the key metric. Why choose between GPU utilisation rate and GPU lifespan, if you can get both? That’s what data centres will get with Infiniflux’s ground-breaking liquid cooling system. Our technology is also clean and sustainable, with a proprietary zero-GWP refrigerant, no PFAS, and 80% less water consumption. Advanced liquid cooling by Infiniflux: clean, green and best for your bottom-line.
