Wireless industry veterans David Weisman and Lance Cawley, who grew InSite Wireless from its infancy in 2006 as a start-up to its sale to American Tower in 2020 for $3.5B, launched Infra Holdings, LLC as a next-level wireless infrastructure partner. Infra Towers, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infra Holdings, was established in 2021 and is focused on the development of wireless infrastructure across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
