About Infrakey DC Parks

Infrakey DC Parks develops, finances, and operates next-generation hyperscale and AI-ready data-center parks engineered around integrated multi-utility infrastructure. Our mission is to deliver sovereign-grade, utility-rich digital districts that allow hyperscalers, AI platforms, and enterprise operators to scale with unmatched reliability, resiliency, and speed-to-market. Our flagship project: The L2D2: Lacy Lakeview Data District in Central Texas is a 925MW, multi-phase AI campus built on a foundation of dedicated power frameworks, district cooling, water and sewer utilities, on-demand gas generation, fiber backbone, and advanced grid-islanding capabilities. By integrating utility infrastructure directly into the development program, Infrakey reduces project risk, accelerates deployment timelines, and enhances long-term operational stability. Beyond the United States, Infrakey is actively developing a 1GW+ hyperscale data-center park in Brazil, focused on regional AI expansion, digital infrastructure modernization, and multi-phase scalability. This project is currently in development and will follow our proven U.S. model. What We Deliver Turnkey hyperscale AI/HPC-ready data-center campuses Dedicated power, district cooling, and multi-utility frameworks Gas generation–based microgrids & advanced islanding capabilities Exclusive right-of-way and franchise-driven PPP structures Rapid land-to-live deployment through integrated utility SPVs Investor-grade engineering, financing, and program management Infrakey DC Parks is purpose-built to redefine the next decade of infrastructure development — combining deep operational expertise, utility integration, and scalable capital frameworks to meet the unprecedented global demand for AI-focused compute.
