InfraLynk is a European data center development platform focused on delivering grid-secured, investment-ready digital infrastructure assets. Originating from a German real estate development background InfraLynk combines expertise in real estate, energy systems, power grid infrastructure, and mission-critical data center development. We specialize in aligning land, grid access, and capital requirements from the earliest project stages. Our services cover data center site development, permitting coordination, grid connection strategy, energy and power structuring, data center concept and business case development, fiber and connectivity planning, as well as financing structuring and exit strategies. For international investors entering European and German markets, we also provide construction-phase coordination to mitigate execution risks. InfraLynk develops scalable data center campuses from approximately 50 MW to multi-hundred-megawatt and gigawatt-scale projects, serving hyperscalers, operators, and institutional investors. Our approach is grounded in German engineering discipline, structured processes, and bankable project execution.
