Initiative for Cognitive Therapies and Mental Health (ICTMH) is a global mental health organization advancing accessible, affordable, and culturally grounded psychological care across underserved communities in the United States and Nigeria. We specialize in evidence-based cognitive therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychological First Aid (PFA), trauma-informed interventions, and community mental health education. Our work integrates clinical excellence, cultural sensitivity, and data-informed practice to address mental health disparities at both individual and systemic levels. ICTMH delivers impact through: • Direct therapy services (in-person & telehealth) • Community mental health outreach and psychoeducation • Professional training and workforce development • School- and youth-focused mental wellness programs • Faith-informed and trauma-responsive interventions • Strategic partnerships aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals Driven by the belief that mental health is a human right—not a privilege, ICTMH collaborates with clinicians, educators, policymakers, nonprofits, and community leaders to build sustainable mental health ecosystems that promote resilience, equity, and long-term wellbeing. #ICTMH #MentalHealthEquity #CognitiveTherapy #TraumaInformedCare #GlobalMentalHealth #CBT #CommunityHealing #MentalHealthAccess #SDGs
