About Inkpact

We help brands to drive sales and Customer Lifetime Value by allowing them to create a truly memorable and human customer experience. HOW? - We write. You delight. They spend. We send triggered handwritten notes across the customer journey, cutting through the noise to get you right in front of your customers and keep them coming back for more. WHY we exist? - The digital world lacks human connection, and we are on a mission to change that. We want to put human touch back into the transactional world of e-commerce, giving an alternative to hundreds of emails. WHY INKPACT? - We’ve proven our CRM activity with some of the biggest brands in the world – John Lewis, Facebook, Orlebar Brown, Tiffany, Gymshark and many more. More stats? Well, we regularly achieve outstanding results such as a 30% increase in spend after a handwritten note, 58% increase in repeat purchases and 2,000% ROI. So...whether you are looking to retain, upsell, acquire new customers, say thank you, apologise or simply spread some happiness, we can help. WHO WRITES OUR NOTES? - There are no robots here! Real notes, written by real people, on your own branded stationery and popped in the post to your customers. Our Scribe Tribe are a diverse group of creative freelancers who transform the copy you type into beautiful handwritten notes and letters. We want to improve thousands of lives across the world by offering our scribes a community and an income to move their lives forward through writing. Want to find out more about us, read our blog or get in touch with one of our customer-obsessed team? We can't wait to hear from you. The Inkpact Team x
