About Innatech

At Innatech, we specialize in Multi-shot injection molding, and an advanced application of Multi-shot molding called In-Mold Assembly. Multi-Shot technology involves the progressive molding of multiple materials, components and/or colors in one mold and one operation. Most applications of this process involve the use of bonding materials. We have long experience in this type of injection molding, and are recognized across many industries for our capabilities. Our leading edge In-Mold Assembly technology allows us to employ non-bonding materials to manufacture high quality, fully functional, articulating, multiple component assemblies without the need for post mold assembly. This means that each time the mold opens, a fully assembled and functional part exits the mold ready to ship. Innatech customers can expect: Cost savings - leveraging our technology to provide more cost effective product designs and processes resulting in reduced labor, tooling, assembly equipment, work-in-process inventory and floor space. Increased Design Flexibility - Designers and Engineers can achieve more aggressive design objectives due to more repeatable manufacturing processes. Superior Quality & Craftsmanship - Vertically integrated operations allow our engineers and technicians to concurrently develop products, tools, equipment and processes. All disciplines to work as a team, assuring that quality objectives will be met or exceeded from program launch forward. High Performance Articulating Products - as compared with conventional injection molding with post-mold assembly, our In-Mold Assembly process yields more robust moving parts and significantly higher part-to-part consistency in fit and function.
