Innovate Physical & Occupational Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic therapy private practice with two convenient locations in Sugar Land and Missouri City, Texas. We are a therapist-owned practice deeply committed to serving the rehabilitation needs of the local communities as well as the greater Houston area. At Innovate, we foster a fun, welcoming, and collaborative environment, both for our patients and our team. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to deliver exceptional outcomes. Our Occupational Therapy department is led by two Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs) who provide specialized and highly skilled care, including custom dynamic splinting and advanced hand therapy services. Our Physical Therapy department is staffed by a fellowship-trained physical therapist who is manual therapy certified. We offer advanced orthopedic rehabilitation including dry needling, individualized exercise programs, and hands-on manual therapy techniques.
