While each of these advisors owns and operates their own business, we have assembled a team of industry professionals dedicated to supporting advisors in launching, growing, and ultimately monetizing their businesses through a succession plan. We specialize in working with advisors who are five years or less from retirement, providing them with a continuity plan that protects their business in the event of death or disability. Our services include business valuation, flexible deal structure options, legal document drafting, and a proven transition process when they are ready to implement their plans. Our approach focuses on continuing the advisor’s legacy with their clients, providing fair market value for their business, and ensuring that clients are taken care of for generations to come.
