Innovative Plastics and Molding, Inc. (IPM) is the leader in research and development of Cellulose fiber with Polyamide and Polyolefin (PAPC). The company has been awarded seven (7) patents and a registered trademark FibreTuff. The FibreTuff PAPC can be 3D printed, molded and extruded into biomedical applications including but not limited to devices, filters, pre clinical bone models, phantoms, instruments, implants. Other markets where FibreTuff can be used includes Automotive, Furniture, Recreation and Cosmetic. IPM has been issued six U.S. patents 11,497,837 10,233,309, 9,109,118, 8,546,470, 7,994,241 and 7,214,420 and one Canadian patent 2,547,532. The IPM company is owned by Robert Joyce who has over a three (3) decades of hands on PAPC experience. He has assisted in writing three (3) published ASME research papers. These research papers have validated the 3D printing of PAPC in support of bone like scaffolds. Furthermore, Mr. Joyce has had experience in PAPC processing, coating, 3D printing, extruding, and molding. The company will work with manufactures, designers, and end users to make the desired 3D printed parts with a PAPC cellular structure.
