Innovative Residential jobs and careers

About Innovative Residential

Innovative Residential is a Saskatoon-based home builder that is dedicated to leading the way towards better affordable housing across Canada. We believe that new homes should be built right or not at all, and that owning a home shouldn’t be out of reach for the average hardworking family. Using creativity and collaboration, we find ways to build better homes and develop programs that make homeownership easier to attain. Since 2005 we have helped thousands of renters become first-time homeowners through partnerships with government agencies and other organizations in order to address quality construction and affordability in entry-level housing. As a HOLMES Approved Homes™ partner builder and a Certified Professional Home Builder, we promise you’ll experience the highest standards in construction quality, integrity, and professionalism. We have been recognized with 26 awards and counting for our achievements in community development, cutting-edge innovations, and building practices.
