About Innovative Staffing Solutions #ISS

Innovative Staffing Solutions is a subsidiary of Innovative Solutions Group ™ In South Africa, unskilled workers are easy to come by but can be a major challenge to manage and retain. In contrast, skilled workers and those in managerial positions are in high demand but short supply, which leads to them to demanding higher wages. It is for this reason that acquiring suitable staff for your business can be rather time-consuming, not to mention expensive. Innovative Staffing Solutions (ISS) offers the ideal solution to this dilemma by taking the responsibility and accountability of ensuring that our clients obtain and retain the appropriate staff for your particular business needs. ISS provides staffing solutions to both large organisations and small to medium enterprises and we pride ourselves in providing tailor-made solutions in both our Staff Management and Recruitment divisions. Innovation is well founded in our core and we have developed our solutions to provide maximum service delivery whilst remaining cost effective. Our staffing solutions are designed to simplify systems and to lessen our clients’ workload.
