Through managed service we build and operate satellite tech hubs for our clients at one of our 4 near- and offshore Operational Development Centre's in Portugal, Malaysia, Ukraine and North Macedonia. INSCALE takes care of all the hassle behind the scene. From talent acquisition, HR, payroll and retainment service to office facilities, IT infrastructure and hot coffee. No bench. No rate cards. No body-shopping or traditional outsourcing. The model is completely transparent and open. Should our client want to take over the team onto their own payroll and entity on day along the line, then our transformation option is ready and standard agreed.
