About Insider Group GmbH

“The Next Generation Pharma Advisory Service” The Insider Group is founded on decades of international biopharma experience. Our insiders have years of experience in C-suite, head of function and head of geographies roles. We have worked in startups, small biotech as well as in some of the largest companies in the world. “We have been where you are”! Based in Switzerland, engaging globally, we are working on projects both X-functionally as well as across regions. Why did we choose to set ourselves up this way? Our advisors have had significant exposure to challenges you face daily. Our fundamental belief: You need a strong track record on the inside to work successfully with today’s complex and increasingly challenging biopharma environment. By engaging with us we give you: Access to highly specialised expertise: A group of consultants that provides a wide range of expertise in various fields, including strategy, business, regulatory, access and commercialization - we cover the road from early inception to market entry and beyond. This allows for a more comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving. Flexibility and scalability: Our group of consultants provides greater flexibility and scalability compared to a traditional consulting firm. This allows for quick adaptation to changing needs and the ability to tap into specialised resources as required. Who and what you see is who and what you get. We pride ourselves on working with a diversity of perspectives: We believe a X-functional, senior group of consultants provides a deep and diverse range of perspectives and ideas, which can lead to more creative, innovative and effective solutions. Tailored efficiency: We do not believe in “boiling the ocean”. We provide tailored consulting services, specific to your needs and your budgets. Benefit from our unique business model, economies of scale with minimal overhead costs. Talk to us!
