About Inspire Capital Sports

Inspire Capital Sports (ICS) is a Community Interest Company and full-service athlete management agency committed to transforming lives through sport. Our comprehensive athlete management service provides complete support to professional athletes at every stage of their career, including contracts, sponsorship, branding and performance management. We proudly represent some of the most recognised names in combat sports such as former IBF Heavyweight World Champion Daniel Dubois. Founded by Riz Khan, whose 30 years of experience in health and social care underpin the organisation’s values, ICS was created to promote opportunity, equality and lasting social impact. Today, the company operates where community development meets elite athlete management, helping individuals reach their potential both inside and outside the sporting arena. ICS is built on three core pillars: 1. Equality and Diversity Through Sport We promote access to sport in deprived and underrepresented areas, giving young people the opportunity to pursue their ambitions and develop new skills. 2. Elite Athlete Bursary Programme Our bursary fund supports talented young athletes who show commitment and potential to progress in their chosen sport without financial barriers. 3. Creating Future Role Models We nurture athletes who lead with integrity, discipline and purpose, inspiring the next generation at a time when positive role models are needed most. Through our projects, events and partnerships, ICS continues to reinvest in local communities, promoting inclusion, wellbeing and sustainable pathways to success through sport.
