About Inspire New Homes

✨Inspire New Homes is an award-winning consultancy agency, transforming the new homes market with a sharp focus on accelerating sales performance. ✅We work in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, and private developers to optimise every stage of the sales journey — unlocking greater value, shortening time to market, and driving reinvestment into affordable housing. Founded in 2020 by Asha Agarwal — a passionate advocate for BAME and women’s representation in property — Inspire New Homes brings expert insight across the full development lifecycle, from land viability to strategic sales and marketing. 🎯Our approach helps partners boost sales velocity, reach the right buyers faster, and ultimately deliver more homes where they’re needed most! 🏡The business aims to drive sustainable growth and inclusive change in the sector, and, crucially, support buyers onto the property ladder. ✨If you're looking to scale your impact and speed up your new homes sales pipeline, let’s connect! ✨
