About Instant Stay

We source, manage and operate life-style and boutique Hotels. We have identified an unsolved need for many property owners: our approach transforms a once underperforming hotel into a reliable cash flowing asset, making easier and more predictable to operate a hotel. Instant Stay invests capital on behalf of its Principals and Limited Partners with the goal of creating value through targeted investment in hotel real estate. We focus primarily on the acquisition of existing full-service boutique hotels that can benefit from enhanced branding and efficient management, renovation and repositioning of hotels in need of capital, and adaptive reuse of buildings suitable for conversion to hotel use.
