Instio offers a Guest Experience Management platform that focuses on increasing ADR and Occupancy by improving guest satisfaction. Instio is an integrated digital solution for Mobile Check-In, Guest Management, Reputation Management, Marketing, and Service Quality Monitoring solutions for hospitality companies. We help accommodation providers like hotels and resorts to enhance the guest experience and attain operational efficiencies. Instio enables the guest to submit different requests through their personal device easily and intuitively without the need to download an app. Our platform helps hotel staff to classify based on various requests. Automatically helps in routing the work orders, keeping track, and alerting the staff when needed. We are consolidating many modules and reducing the cost of ownership for hotel technology, and providing a better Net Operating Income (NOI).
