About us "IICL was established in April 2021 based on the development of American Law Centre. The Institute is a pioneering entity that is invested with leading law databases in Viet Nam such as HeinOnline, Jstor, LexisNexis, ProQuest and Thu Vien Phap Luat. IICL’s staff consists of high-calibre researchers who received intensive training at prestigious universities around the world, such as the United States, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Japan. IICL commits to the delivery of valuable outputs and international publications". Mission IICL promotes social development and progress through the results of research activities and the provision of excellent support services for legal research. Vision IICL projects to become the leading institute in Vietnam for the research of law and policy and legal consultation by 2030. Objectives Enhance research capacity and training quality in social sciences through first-class research activities in the field of law; Provide proposals and consultation to strengthen Viet Nam’s laws and policies in pursuance of global economic integration; Contribute high-quality research outputs and practical projects to the society.
