Integrated Health Resources (IHR) is a minority- and veteran-owned mental health clinic based in Silver Spring, Maryland, serving patients across Maryland and Washington, D.C. We believe integration is the future of mental health. That’s why our team brings together psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff to provide care that is connected, compassionate, and culturally responsive. Our services include: Psychiatric evaluations and medication management Individual psychotherapy and evidence-based therapy modalities Collaborative care coordination with primary care and community partners We specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and perinatal mental health. Our approach ensures patients receive accurate diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and continuity of care tailored to their unique journey. At IHR, access and equity come first and we prioritize shorter wait times, telehealth convenience, and inclusive, person-centered support. We’re also growing.
