About Intellectual Athlete

Welcome to Intellectual Athlete, (IA) where we are shaping the future of mental health by teaching self-regulation through sport and play. IA repackages breath-work, visualization, and self-talk - traditionally exclusive to elite performers - into relatable, empowering skills that enable children to navigate stress and enhance their performance.
