About INTELLIGENT AIR SERVICES, LLC

Intelligent Air Services is a residential HVAC firm based in Austin, Texas, specializing in performance-driven heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. Founded on decades of field experience dating back to 1997, the company is built on a commitment to technical precision, diagnostic accuracy, and long-term system performance. Unlike conventional HVAC contractors focused solely on equipment replacement, Intelligent Air Services approaches each project through the lens of building science. Every system is evaluated as part of a complete indoor environment—addressing airflow design, humidity control, system sizing, duct integrity, and overall mechanical performance. This method ensures measurable improvements in comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor environmental quality. The company has developed particular expertise in resolving complex IAQ concerns, including moisture imbalance, microbial growth conditions, and mold-related HVAC deficiencies. Through thorough system analysis and corrective design, Intelligent Air Services delivers solutions that protect both property and occupant health. In addition to residential services, Intelligent Air Services provides expert witness and forensic consulting services related to HVAC performance, IAQ disputes, and mold litigation. These services include system evaluation, technical reporting, and professional testimony grounded in industry standards and applied building science. Intelligent Air Services is dedicated to delivering evidence-based HVAC solutions that enhance comfort, safeguard indoor environments, and uphold the highest standards of professional integrity throughout the Austin community.
