About Intelligent Construction Inc.

Intelligent Construction Inc. is a general contracting and construction management firm founded in 2004. Our firm specializes in the construction, renovation, and interior design of commercial real estate, and luxury residences including, custom-built homes, condominium units, and new “designer ready” condominium units. Cutting edge business practices, in-depth planning, and competitive pricing, paired with a carefully selected team of high-end designers and subcontractors, has laid the foundation for our firm to deliver on its commitment to uncompromising quality and service. We offer an unparalleled one-stop-shop experience backed by complete accountability, integrity, and professionalism. As we enter an exciting new time in Miami’s real estate market, we have found opportunities to further develop our portfolio and curate new partnerships that help connect our clients with some of the most notable interior designers and architects in the industry. This, together with our process and the more than 50 years of combined experience between Mr. Jorge Pinto and Xavier Fernandez has helped establish Intelligent Construction, Inc., as a leader in the industry.
