About Intentional Healing & Wellness LLC

Feeling stuck, burned out, or held back? Many people and teams are currently struggling with burnout, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and mental health issues, making it difficult to reach their full potential. That’s where coaching and healing intersect. We help you overcome internal blocks and develop the resilience needed to thrive. Intentional Healing & Wellness I created Intentional Healing & Wellness to support you through the many phases of healing, wellness, and life. No two journeys are the same, and each moves at its own pace. With extensive training and experience in therapeutic interventions, mental health consultation, and leadership coaching, I empower individuals and organizations through proactive, intentional approaches that boost performance and create extraordinary results. You might be wondering: What is the connection between coaching and healing? Before I answer that, I have a question. Have you ever struggled to accomplish a goal you truly desired? If so, it’s not because you weren’t capable of accomplishing it. Often, hidden beliefs you hold were in the way. Our process helps you uncover these beliefs and revoke their power, making the coaching journey inherently healing by nature. Our Service Options: Individual Coaching – For those ready to step outside their comfort zone and focus fully on bringing their desires, dreams, and aspirations to fruition. Group Coaching – Ideal for those who thrive in community and enjoy exploring self-discovery through shared experiences. Corporate Offerings – Designed to boost morale, enhance communication, and improve productivity and retention. We help organizations create a culture where employees feel seen, valued, and empowered.
