Inter-Tel Japan, K.K. (ITJ), incorporated in Japan in 1993, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Inter-Tel, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTL), incorporated in Arizona in 1969. Inter-Tel Inc's operations later merged with Mitel Networks Corporation (NASDAQ: MITL) in August of 2007 and offered ITJ an expanded lineup of hardware and software services, enabling a stronger focus on the Japan market and NTT services integration.
