About Interfaith Caregivers of Polk County

Since 1995, Interfaith Caregivers of Polk County has assisted seniors and adults with disabilities to maintain dignity, independence and quality of life at home. We match caring volunteers to provide rides, visit, chores and more in Polk County, located in northwestern WI. Interfaith Caregivers continues the rural tradition of neighbors helping neighbors. Our volunteers use of their own cars, give the gift of their time and donate their miles to help others in their community. Our staff assigns volunteers who provide support to individuals and respite for family caregivers so their loved one can live at home for as long as possible. Through generous donations and caring volunteers, we are able to offer our services at no charge.
