About Interfile

Interfile is South Africa’s leading provider of Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) solutions. It was established in 2003 in order to partner the South African Revenue Service (SARS) in developing and operating SARSeFiling. Today SARS is acknowledged as one of the most efficient revenue collection agencies in the world. The company has implemented customer centric and business process solutions for SARS, the UIF, the Department of Home Affairs, numerous municipalities and other large organisations. These include claims processing, branch solutions, complex financial integrations and various other bespoke services. Each and every South African will benefit from one or more of Interfile’s solutions, whether it be paying tax, obtaining an ID card or passport, claiming UIF or simply logging a query with a local municipality. Technology is only a small component of EBPP. Interfile’s real world experience and expertise in areas such as change management and customer acceptance makes it one of the only SA companies able to provide the full spectrum of EBPP services. Interfile is head officed in modern offices with full gym, health bar and other amenities conveniently located across the road from MonteCasino. Shares in the company are privately held with the majority (69%) in the hands of BEE partners. http://www.interfile.co.za/ or http://www.efiling.co.za/
