About Interfraternity Council at the University of California Irvine

The Interfraternity Council (IFC) serves as the self-governing body for the fraternities at the University of California Irvine. It consists of the Executive Board and the Council. The executive board consists of fraternity members who are elected into their positions by the IFC Council. The Council consists of presidents and delegates from each chapter. The executive board and council convene for formal IFC meeting on a weekly basis.
