About INTERMARIN RECRUITMENT

Intermarin Recruitment was founded in Romania in 2008 by Inter Marine Group and became an independent company in 2009. Being part of the Group represented a strong foundation for our development, offering us valuable models of professionalism, solid values, and a genuine human-centered management approach. Over the years, we have specialized in Engineering Recruitment, Medical Recruitment, Sea Staff Recruitment (Crewing), and Airline Recruitment, delivering tailored recruitment solutions for international companies across multiple industries. Our mission is simple and clear: to help companies attract the right talent and to support candidates in accessing better career opportunities and better lives. We are guided by strong principles — honesty, professionalism, responsibility, and human respect. Recruitment is not just our business; it is our commitment. Every day, we strive to improve, grow, and deliver quality results for all parties involved. We are deeply grateful to our partners and candidates for their trust and collaboration, and for being part of this ongoing journey called INTERMARIN.
