About International Association for Jungian Coaches and Consultants

The International Association for Jungian Coaching and Consulting (IAJCC) is the professional advisory and support body for Jungian Coaching and Consulting around the world. Being an organisation created by Jungians for Jungians, it offers a collaborative environment for those dedicated to personal and professional progress within the framework of Jungian concepts. The IAJCC offers globally accredited training courses provided by its member organisations, including a 12-month qualifying course designed for established senior professionals, leading to the award of the Diploma in Jungian Coaching and Consulting. Based on extensive professional clinical practice and research with individuals, groups, and major organisations since the late 1980s, and inspired by the work of Carl Gustav Jung, the IAJCC was formed in 2024 to support, develop, and empower professional change agents in chosen vocational practices and organisational roles.
