About International Indigenous Speakers Bureau

The International Indigenous Speakers Bureau-IISB is about building bridges between Indigenous and non-indigenous world views and perspectives. IISB believes that by creating spaces where we can truly hear and see each other, we can create a world of unlimited possibilities. IISB strives to educate on the importance of respecting and protecting Indigenous knowledge, their communities, and way of being, as they hold essential solutions to many of the challenges we face in the world today, including climate change, food sustainability and sustainability. Through consultation, educational resources, and respectful connections to Indigenous Speakers / knowledge sharers from around the globe, IISB creates opportunities where many relations can be nurtured and built, and where learning and unlearn can happen in a positive way.
