About International Maritime Lecturers Association - IMLA
IMLA is a no-border forum: a round table for discussions on sea-related issues. Lecturers and other stakeholders in Maritime Education and Training (MET) are invited to become IMLA members and to freely present their achievements, share experiences and exchange ideas. IMLA's objective is “to promote contact and cooperation between Maritime Lecturers of all disciplines and to develop a body of professional expertise”. We do this via our international conferences and we welcome contributions relating to Maritime Education and Training on this LinkedIn page. IMLA holds NGO status at the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) where we contribute as subject matter experts to MET related matters. Please visit our website for more information on IMLA and our activities.
