About International Seed Federation

ISF is the voice of the global seed industry. Representing over 10,000 companies in 80 countries, including 70 national seed associations, ISF advocates for the interests of the private seed sector. We work in partnership with organizations responsible for international treaties, conventions, and agreements and those that shape policies impacting the seed industry, ensuring the industry's voice is heard. ISF's mission is to create the best environment for the global movement of healthy, quality seed, and promote plant breeding and innovation in seed. This dual mission reflects ISF's 100-year history of seed trade and plant breeding.
