About International Staff Sourcing

We as INTERNATIONAL STAFF SOURCING a recruitment and staffing agency specialized in providing skilled and unskilled non-UE workforce from Nepal, Sri Lanka and Dubai. Established in Bucharest in 2018, our agency quickly expanded its reach and expertise throughout Romania. In 2022 we opened a new office in Dubai, strengthening its international presence and enhancing its ability to connect businesses with reliable, qualified talent. Our services encompass the entire recruitment and selection process, immigration formalities and working visa releasing for Romania, beginning with the definition of the position and its associated responsibilities. We proceed through the meticulous selection process, conducting interviews, and ultimately facilitating the conclusion of employment contracts with chosen candidates.
