The USA segment includes the sales activities of Intershop Communications Inc., mainly in North America, as well as the sales activities of the Company in this region. The Asia-Pacific segment includes the sales activities of INTERSHOP Communications Australia Pty Ltd and Intershop Communications Asia Limited. The Company offers packaged software for Internet sales, complemented by all other services. It offers Intershop Commerce software.
