Our vision is to help individuals fully recover from eating disorders, disordered eating, and/or body dysmorphia by closing the gap between traditional mental health services and real-life recovery. We provide integrative sources for healing and recovery. We empower individuals in their healing and recovery by partnering with them and their current recovery team. We do so by providing one-on-one health and lifestyle coaching rooted in Health At Every Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating (IE), and Intuitive Movement (IM) principles. We approach eating, movement, and body image in a non-diet, non-weight-loss, body acceptance, and HAES-informed manner.
