InvoLead is a data science consulting firm solving business problems using advanced analytics, machine learning and applied intelligence. We help our clients become the next and best versions of themselves. Our vision is to transform our clients into data driven organizations where Advanced Analytics can help business in everyday improved decision making rather than ‘gut feeling’ decisions. Our consulting practice is expertized and focused on: • Marketing Analytics [Marketing Mix Optimization, Multi-touch Attribution, Trade Promotion Optimization, Price Optimization, Assortment, Return Analytics etc.] • Customer Analytics [Customer Journey, Customer Experience, Loyalty Analytics, Personalization Targeting, Customer Segmentation etc.] • Sales [Next Best Action, Demand & Inventory Forecasting, Cross Sell & Upsell] • Machine Learning, Applied Intelligence • Cloud based implementations [Azure, AWS & GCP etc.] Why are we different? Following are the 5 key points that describes us the best - • End to end implementation: As partners in your journey, we deploy end to end solutions, by translating your business problem to analytical framework, building algorithms that fit to purpose and deploying solution that is scalable • Co-creation with you, for you: We believe every business problem is unique and therefore collaboration and co-creation is key. Co-creation accelerates trust and therefore improved adoption of the solution • Thought partners beyond implementation: Post implementation solutions needs to be tested to quantify impact. We help you create robust testing frameworks that help to self-learn and adapt the solutions • Glass box approach for all solution: Our solutions are not "black box" as we believe in full transparency on what we build. The solutions are deployed in your infrastructure and therefore you own it • Continuous Innovation: We believe in continuous innovation and best-in-class solution for our clients
