About Iraqi Council for Digital Transformation and E-Payments

Iraqi Council for Digital Transformation and Iraqi E-Payments, established in 2024 and headquartered in Baghdad, Iraq, is a non-governmental, non-profit organization registered with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers under number 1DS2407014. The council is dedicated to promoting digital transformation and developing e-payment solutions in Iraq. We strive to support all efforts in this field, strengthen government work by providing the necessary changes, and coordinate cooperation between the public and private sectors. Our goal is to find solutions to current challenges in order to implement the government’s program and advance the digitalization of business and services in general.
