Iridiam builds and runs finance functions for founder-led businesses that have outgrown ad-hoc finance and need numbers they can actually trust. We work with $5m–$40m revenue businesses across construction, trades, modular homes, and other operationally complex sectors — typically where finance has become a risk, a bottleneck, or a source of uncertainty. Our work goes beyond bookkeeping or advisory. We take responsibility for the finance function end-to-end using dedicated Client Operating Units (COUs) — structured finance teams led with CFO-level oversight and accountable for outcomes, not activity.
