About IRIS Factory Automation

IRIS is built on the premise that a more informed manufacturing facility is a more profitable manufacturing facility. And the fact remains that you can’t manage what you can’t measure. Our primary focus with each client is to first become intimate with your business, your culture, your processes, and your goals, and then to align our capabilities with your requirements. Because we focus on the three primary principles of sensing, visualizing, and responding we address the root cause of your manufacturing issues as opposed to simply capturing and rejecting faulty product. This approach invariably leads to our clients having a reduced cost to market by way of; o Reducing Scrap o Increasing Uptime o Limiting faulty product liability o Reallocating Labor o Eliminating Invasive and Destructive Testing
