About Iron City Distilling

Our whiskeys are made in the tradition of big, bold and brave character by distillers who feel a little sweat goes a long way to making the perfect dram. We only work with Pennsylvania farmers and maltsters to source our heirloom grains, the way it was done before big commodity agriculture and corporate owned distillers took over. Even most of the oak used in our barrels comes from Pennsylvania because "local" isn't just a marketing buzzword for us - it's one of our primary reasons for making whiskey.
