About IronGate Technologies, LLC

We are a 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 for JetStream Security — a $34M seed-backed AI governance platform purpose-built for agentic AI. Founded by veterans of CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Cohesity. Backed by CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz, Wiz CEO Assaf Rappaport, Okta's Frederic Kerrest, and Redpoint Ventures. AI agents are already running inside your organization — invoking tools, accessing data, making decisions — and most security and executive teams have no map of what's actually happening, no way to trace who authorized what, and no kill switch when something goes wrong. IronGate was built for that gap. JetStream makes agentic AI visible, attributable, and governable at enterprise scale — mapping every agent, every action, every delegation chain back to an accountable identity in real time. If your organization is deploying AI and you're not certain what it's doing — we should talk.
