About IronPlate Solutions

IronPlate Solutions builds AI infrastructure for restaurant operations. Our first product, Relay, converts live server–guest conversation into structured, POS-ready tickets in real time — eliminating manual order entry and modernizing the most inefficient layer in restaurant workflows. Restaurants today still rely on servers to re-enter spoken orders into POS systems. This decades-old process creates bottlenecks, transcription errors, and unnecessary labor costs. Relay replaces that friction with ambient voice capture and structured order intelligence. We are building the software layer between conversation and the point-of-sale.
