About Islamic Finance & Investments Association Limited

IFIA Limited is a professional membership lobby group founded by issuers and practitioners of the Islamic Banking, Islamic Finance and Islamic Investments organisations. It accepts applications from corporate members who have an AFSL and or ACL, Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) and Shariah Advisory Board Certification. It also accepts individual members who have formal qualifications in Islamic finance from recognised institutions. Advisory consultancies, associates (with interest in Islamic finance and banking or may be studying an approved course). Those who can show contributing to the Australian Islamic Banking, Finance and Investments industry may also join as Lifelong Members. IFIA will be the voice of the industry to the government, DFAT and will establish relationships with international organisations to promote the industry and to raise the awareness and value of the industry to wider Australians regardless of race or religion.
