Israel Impact Partners works with foundations and philanthropic individuals to help scale up the non-profits whose mission matter most to them. With holistic and comprehensive oversight, we do this through a combination of: • Consultants to assess the current situation, paint a picture of what is possible and work with the non-profit to develop a scale-up plan • Social entrepreneurs and leaders with managerial experience who join forces with the leadership of the non-profit to implement the critical changes required • Experts (e.g., in government relations, marketing, social media, operations, fundraising) to offer innovative perspectives and debottleneck specific issues IIP partners offer ongoing consulting with leaders of non-profits to define growth strategies and scale-up plans, helping to bring those plans to fruition.
